A presentation by Henry Quinlan who has 35 years of experience in dealing with the former Soviet Union and Russia including living in Moscow for five years. Henry has made more than 60 trips to Russia since 1986. His last trip was in 2018. henry has also visited Ukraine more than a dozen times. He has been Interviewed by the Pentagon about a possible successor to Vladimir Putin.
The highlights of his Russian experiences were being asked by President G. W. Bush to assist him and Mrs. Bush in two projects in Moscow: a tour of a secret Soviet space research institute with Wally Schirra one of our original astronauts and a thirty-year long friendship with Vitaly Churkin former Russian Ambassador to the UN, 2000 to 2016.
Henry has spoken to more than 100 senior groups.
